Processing Time

We work hard to get Wavy Whey from our warehouse to your door as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. 

Order Tracking & Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress. If your order tracking hasn’t updated in a while, please reach out to us at hello@wavywhey.

Shipping time varies based on your location. We are based in Florida and often see in-state shipping with 1-2 business days after processing. Nearby states are often 3-4 business days. Farther states may see 5-6 business days. 

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, or if you’re not satisfied with your experience, just contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Send us your order details and a quick refund note (or photo if it’s damaged), and we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Because Wavy Whey is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns.
